Trevor and Tylor were fantastic representatives of your business. Polite, explained the process, left the rooms as they found them, arrived on time, finished within the stated time. The 2 "problems" at the end...1).furnace didn't appear to restart was noted and we were told what to do if it didn't correct itself ( which it did) 2) the final stage couldn't be done as the machine had some difficulties. Therefore, no charge. I appreciated the time spent to explain this. I would happily recommend Oliver's services to friends and family
